Nicolas Mazier

Nicolas Mazier is an Executive Chef with a special interest in French, Japanese, and Mediterranean cuisine. He studied gastronomy at the Lycée Hotelier de Marseille for six years, earning several degrees.

While studying, he worked for Chef Dominique Frerard at Les Trois Forts to gain real-world experience. Later, he expanded his culinary skills by working as an Executive Sous Chef at Nobu Miami, where he trained in Japanese cuisine and was eventually promoted to Executive Chef.

In 2016, Nicolas moved to Tatel at the Ritz Carlton in Miami Beach, introducing guests to authentic Spanish cuisine. His major project came in 2018 when he joined MILA to create a unique “MediterrAsian” dining experience, blending Mediterranean and Japanese cuisine.

Nicolas loves exploring different restaurants in Miami and traveling worldwide during his free time. This helps him gather new experiences, discover new foods, and learn new techniques.
