Kai Yang

Kai Yang is an Associate on the Capital Markets team at Nolan Reynolds International, where he supports debt and equity capital formation initiatives and helps underwrite and model luxury hospitality and mixed-use investments. With a sharp analytical lens and a collaborative approach, he plays an active role in evaluating opportunities and supporting the capital strategy behind complex, high-end projects.

Prior to joining NRI in July 2025, Kai held acquisitions and research roles at Empire State Realty Trust, Hodes Weill & Associates, and Hopson Development Holdings Limited. Across these positions, he built experience spanning institutional real estate investing and Allocation Monitor research—strengthening his ability to translate market signals, investment fundamentals, and underwriting rigor into clear decision support for senior teams.

Kai holds a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Western University. He is based in Coral Gables, Miami, and brings a disciplined, detail-oriented perspective to the investment work that helps move deals forward with confidence.
