Seeking to expand his culinary horizons, he interned at the Michelin-starred “Disfrutar” in Spain. This experience deepened his understanding of fine dining and further refined his craft.

Upon returning to Miami, Quiroz joined the prestigious One Hotel in South Beach as Chef de Partie. His dedication and talent quickly distinguished him as a rising star in the culinary world.

His continued hard work, creativity, and commitment to excellence eventually led him to the respected position of Chef de Cuisine at Thesis Hotel Miami.
