Eleanor Earle Mascheroni is a strategic communications leader with extensive experience building global brands, managing through crises, and guiding transformation in diverse industries.  An executive with broad functional expertise in communications strategy and change leadership, Eleanor is a trusted partner to CEOs and company boards.

She has worked in the finance, automotive, advertising and investment industries and in her roles has acquired a broad global perspective.  Most recently, Eleanor was Managing Director of Corporate Communications at GE Capital where she drove internal and external communications that kept employees engaged at a time of great change, while shaping the public’s perception of GE Capital’s global restructuring.  The divestiture of nearly 90% of the business became a case study taught in the business and law schools at Harvard.

Previously, Eleanor was SVP of Corporate Communications for Delphi Automotive where she focused on elevating the company’s public profile resulting in a “One Delphi” communications brand that shaped internal and external messaging. She was also President of the company’s foundation.  Earlier, Eleanor was Chief Marketing Officer for Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide, creating a consistent brand identity across the agency’s sprawling global network. She also had lead communications roles at Zurich Scudder Investments and Prudential Securities.

Eleanor has a Bachelor’s degree in History of Art from Brown University, and she is passionate about architecture and design.
