AnneMarie brings more than three decades of leadership experience in audit, accounting, financial reporting, and tax preparation. Having led financial teams at family offices, public companies, fund administration providers, and not-for-profit universities, AnneMarie’s people-first leadership style brings fresh perspectives and a dedication to continuous improvement at NRI. With her appointment as the Head of Accounting and Reporting, she will apply her experience and judgement to enhance NRI’s financial foundation.
LUPITA DIEGUEZ, Head of Core Accounting
Lupita Dieguez is now our Head of Core Accounting. With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Lupita specializes in managing accounts payable, receivables, and payroll. Her meticulous attention to detail is unwavering, and we are pleased to have her on our team. We believe that Lupita’s vast experience and dedication will significantly enhance our accounting processes.
CRISTINA LUZARRAGA, Senior Accountant
A highly skilled professional with over 15 years of accounting expertise, Cristina has joined us as a Senior Accountant. Her background in property and asset management companies, coupled with her Bachelor of Science in Finance, will be valuable to our team. Her skills in Budgeting, Planning, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Property Accounting and Management, Wealth Management, and Cost Accounting will significantly contribute to our operations.
ALEXANDER NAVARRO, Assistant Treasurer
With 15 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate and Property Financial Management, Alex serves as the Assistant Treasurer. He brings to NRI expertise in Project Accounting, Fund Accounting, Cashflow Budgeting and Forecasting, as well as Financial and Management Reporting. His proficiency in managing complex investment funds, coupled with his in-depth understanding of the intricate relationship between real estate decisions and financial outcomes, makes him a valuable asset to NRI.
