Gables Station recently topped off, according to engineer Bliss & Nyitray.
The 1.2 million square-foot mixed-use project will include 434 apartments, 66 extended-stay hotel rooms, 125,000 square feet of retail, and 1,000 parking spaces.
One of the three buildings will be run by Ollie, with upscale co-living units, according to Bisnow.
Around 400 beds will be available for rent, with units furnished. Residents will be able to choose their roommate using an app, or opt for a private studio.
Hotel-like amenities will be offered, including fresh towels and maid service.
Gables Station will also include The Living Room, an open air square lined with shops, restaurants, and seating areas, as well as a newly built section of The Underline, funded by the developer.
The project is being designed by Gensler.
