Vikash Maharaj

Vikash Maharaj joins the Nolan Reynolds International team as the General Manager of the company’s newest hospitality concept, THesis Hotel Miami. Prior to joining our team, Vikash worked at Hilton and Highgate Hotels in a variety of roles and at numerous properties gaining experience in several departments before taking a role as General Manager. Vikash has been a General Manger for nearly 10 years at hotels across South Florida as he has entrenched himself in the local market.

He has experience managing hotel’s during pre-opening, multi-million dollar renovations, and stabilization for properties spanning from 200 to over 500 keys. Vikash’s strong leadership and emphasis on the guest journey are key to his success in the General Manager role.
