Sebastien is a powerhouse in the world of finance, with over 20 years of experience in public and private markets. His expertise in capital structuring and capital sourcing is unparalleled, and he has a proven track record of successfully investing, partnering, and managing various asset classes in the hospitality industry.  As a Director and Wealth Advisor at BNY Mellon, Sebastien brings his extensive knowledge to bear in developing risk-adjusted investment strategies that build wealth through a long-term approach. Prior to BNY Mellon, Sebastien was the CIO of JMS Holdings, where he honed his skills in global real estate and alternative investments while building a reputation for excellence. He also served as a strategic advisor to the CNL financial group, one of the leading investment management firms in the industry.

Sebastien’s background in senior strategy consulting at McKinsey & Company gives him a unique perspective on pre-acquisition due-diligence and post-acquisition company improvements and restructurings. Sebastien is a founding investor of Fig & Olive and MILA, two of the trendiest restaurant concepts in the US, and he served as the non-executive Chairman of MILA, as well as a board member of the Riviera Dining Group. Sebastien holds an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business with a concentration in Finance and Management, and he is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certified professional.
