Kirsta Grauberger has built a career around her passions for the best in food, drink, people and travel. For almost a decade she was the owner and operator of award winning restaurant Market 17 in and it’s spin off concept Day Market Kitchen.
Both restaurants focused on innovative cuisine and market leading beverage programs. She has also held Operations Director, General Manager and Beverage Director positions for other highly acclaimed restaurants in South Florida.
