Jose Pablo Saenz

Jose Pablo Saenz serves as the General Manager of the flagship Casa Chameleon hotel located in Mal Pais, Costa Rica. Jose’s hands-on management style results in an engaged team and customized attention for guests during their stay.

For the past decade, Jose has honed his management skills while working for a wide variety of hotel products. After earning his degree in Hotel Management in Costa Rica, Jose relocated to Whistler, Canada where he worked at the world-renowned Four Seasons hotel. Upon returning to Costa Rica, Jose served as the Operations Manager at Villas Estival, and later at Sugar Beach Hotel on the northern Guanacaste coast.

Most recently, Jose was employed with Cayuga Sustainable Hospitality where he held positions including Guest Experience Coordinator for their corporate team, Operations Manager at Lapa Rios Eco Lodge, Pre-Opening Staff Trainer at Kura Villas, and General Manager at Latitude 10 Resort. Through these experiences, Jose discovered his passion for working in the boutique hotel industry and delivering personalized guest experiences.

Jose’s entrepreneurial nature, problem solving skills, and constant enthusiasm contribute to his successful leadership at Casa Chameleon Mal Pais.
