Hilda Laurencio is the Assistant Director of Engineering at NR International where she handles the administration and oversees the daily operations for the engineering and security staff.

With over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Hilda has worked for hotels such as Doral Resorts, The Biltmore Hotel, Sheraton, and The Palms Hotel.

She is well rounded having held varied positions in F&B, Catering & Meeting Sales, and Engineering. Hilda’s attention to detail and organization skills have helped her excel, and she takes pride in having a proactive approach to property maintenance to ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all who visit, whether they are hotel guests or the operations staff.
