Director of Food & Beverage
Frank Petitto is a veteran of Miami and New York’s nightlife and hospitality industries. For over two decades, he has owned and operated some of the cities’ top restaurants, bars and lounges in New York City, Montauk and Miami. Upon garnering incredible restaurant operating experience, Petitto was offered the role of Director of Operations with the Addison Hospitality Group, overseeing operations of multiple F&B and entertainment venues such as the Ava Lounge at Dream Hotel, THE BAR restaurant and bar at Dream Hotel, INC. Lounge at the Time Hotel and Night Lounge / Restaurant at Night Hotel within the Vikram Chatwal Hotel Group.
In 2013, he joined Coastal Luxury Management as Director of Restaurants, overseeing and opening numerous venues, including the $43-million fine dining Rose.Rabbit.Lie in the renowned Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, the award-winning Faith and Flower restaurant in L.A., Restaurant 1833 and Cannery Row Brewing Company in Monterey, California, among others. Additionally, he directed Coastal Luxury Catering, the company’s premiere catering production venture, as well as the well-renowned Pebble Beach Food and Wine and Los Angeles Food and Wine Festivals.
In 2017, Petitto flew south to join Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants Group as Director of Food & Beverage at Kimpton EPIC Hotel, the San Francisco based hotel and restaurant group’s second largest hotel in Downtown Miami. As the F&B lead for the property which includes 411 guest rooms, 375 residential units, 30,000 SF of meeting space, and three F&B outlets, Petitto oversaw over $17MM in revenue.
