Trained as an architect, Duncan Dayton is an award-winning real estate developer, multiple championship-winning racing team owner and entrepreneur. Duncan started his real estate development career building luxury, boutique properties in the commercial, residential, historic preservation and light industrial sectors. These blue chip properties, known for their location, award-winning design and management, have experienced extremely low tenant turnover.
As a championship-winning racing team owner, Duncan was selected to guide Honda’s inaugural entry into the highly competitive American Le Mans Series. Duncan founded, built and led Highcroft Racing from start-up to back-to-back championships within four years.
Duncan attended Connecticut College where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Government. After graduating, Duncan went on to study architectural design earning a Master’s Degree in Design Studies from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design. In addition to his business interests, Duncan has served on numerous Not-For-Profit Boards.
