AnneMarie Pascual

AnneMarie is the Head of Accounting and Reporting at NRI. A CPA with over three decades of experience in audit, accounting, financial reporting, and tax, she has worked both in the public and private sectors. AnneMarie started her career at the prestigious Coopers and Lybrand accounting firm (now PwC), where she advanced to a supervisory level before transitioning to industry accounting.

AnneMarie has guided teams through various organizational transitions and transformations with her people-first leadership approach. Her tenure at the University of Miami saw her leading the implementation of several new accounting standards. As VP of Internal Audit at a billion-dollar multinational publicly traded company, she established the first formal internal audit function. AnneMarie graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Professional Accounting, and also earned the AICPA certificate in COSO Internal Controls.
