Construction Project Manager
With over 15 years of experience in the field, Anibal Franco is an accomplished, bilingual construction management and engineering professional whose projects span North, Central, and South America. Anibal serves as Construction Project Manager for NRI with a primary focus on the expansion of the company’s hospitality platform.
Anibal received a Master’s Degree in civil engineering at the University of South Florida. Over the course of his career, he has proven his talent in project management on large scale (>$300 million) projects and in joint ventures with some of the leading construction companies in the world including Skanska, Balfour Beatty, and Turner Construction.
Anibal’s project portfolio showcases expertise in a multitude of project types ranging from work on the Blue Cross-Blue Shield Corporate Campus to the Polo Club of Boca Raton to post-Hurricane Mitch reconstruction projects in Nicaragua. He has also been an integral part of several high-profile, complex projects including the OMNI Hotel at the Dallas Convention Center, the $6.3 billion capital improvement plan for the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, and the capital improvement plan for the Dallas-Fort Worth airport.
Anibal is LEED accredited with a specialty in building design and construction, and he is an authorized OSHA construction trainer for multinational audiences. In addition, he has presented at the World Engineering Conference in Argentina, at the World Engineers Convention in Switzerland, with NASA in Brazil, Chile, and Colombia, and with various organizations in Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Ecuador, and the United States.
