Alicia LaRocca

Alicia joined the team in 2020 as NRI’s Controller. Alicia is responsible for the oversight of the operating portfolio’s cash flow management and financial reporting. With over 10 years in the hospitality industry, Alicia has a proven record of success in process creation, documentation, and quality control as well as financial reporting and modeling. Her hospitality background and experience in opening new assets makes her a strong addition to the team. Alicia works closely with property management and effectively provides ownership monthly variance reports and management recommendations.
