In the 1930s and 1940s we primarily focused on construction with a concentration around highway expansion. In the 1950s it was strategic air command. In the 1960s the firm transitioned from large US general contractor work to private development.
Every time we adapted to the new environment before us. Aiming to stay ahead of the curve and capitalizing on the abundant interest targeting real estate in the United States, our firm sold over 4 million square feet of its portfolio in 2006.
